Power Shake Recipe!

 

¾ cup of unsweetened 40 calorie coconut almond milk

2T PB2 powder

1 scoop of chocolate aria protein powder

1 frozen banana

2-3 ice cubes (optional)

*I make this shake for breakfast every day.  It’s my reward for getting up and working out. It’s important to reward yourself – it’s the seemingly small goals that add up and make a difference.
